Will the induction heating mode of stainless steel canal to melt temperature of heating for material 304 (10.4 degrees Celsius), and for the protection of hydrogen gas in sealing device for solid melts in the process, to improve the weld structure and eliminate stress, to enhance the corrosion resistance; use hydrogen gas can be made for protection of solid melting processing becomes brightness and welded pipe cooling speed. Stainless steel welded pipe heat melt temperature to pick the cooling adopted after cooling mode, to keep the welded pipe light.

6. Working Procedure
Heat the stainless steel pipe to the solid melting temperature with induction heating coil, to finish the austenite homogenization, also known as the solid melting process. By the quick cooling of the graphite cooling tool in water system gate no.1, decrease the temperature to 800°C below, preventing the separation of the carbon and chromium so as to protect the effect of the solid melting. However, the indirect cooling always bring the separation of a little carbon and chromium. Meanwhile, the separation speed for the chromium is slower than the carbon, causing the less chromium area(less chromium area is the main reason for the intergranular corrosion). By the 550~750°C temperature protection in water gate no.1, to provide the separation time for the chromium, can eliminate the less chromium area. However, the temperature of 550~750°C is the sensitization temperature for the stainless steel.  But the quick cooling of the graphite cooling  tool in water system gate no.2 can prevent the sensitization temperature of the stainless steel, it will not have sensitization. By the cooling in gate no.2, the temperature of the stainless steel can lower to 130 degree centigrade.
